Julien Gardin is an accomplished restaurant manager with a wealth of experience in fine dining venues across the globe. With a career spanning numerous Michelin-starred establishments, Julien brings a steadfast commitment to service excellence and an unyielding drive to expand his expertise in the hospitality industry.

Julien's passion for fine dining was ignited during his studies at catering school, where he had the opportunity to work at Le Pré Catelan, a three Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris. This formative experience fueled his dedication to the craft, culminating in representing France in the 2005 WorldSkills' Restaurant Service World Championships.

Following his studies, Julien honed his skills at several renowned fine dining institutions. He served as Assistant Manager at L'Hostellerie Jérôme under Bruno Cirino, Assistant Manager at The Fat Duck with Heston Blumenthal, and Restaurant Manager at The Dorchester in London under Alain Ducasse. He also led The Tasting Room in Macau to its third Michelin star alongside Executive Chef Fabrice Vulin. Prior to his current role, he worked with the award-winning JIA Group as General Manager for Ando in Hong Kong.

Today, Julien is the Restaurant General Manager at Atlantis Resorts in Dubai, where he oversees the daily operations of a 160-seat steakhouse. His leadership has driven exceptional results, including the successful expansion of the wine program with 100 new labels, establishing the venue as a premier destination for wine enthusiasts. Under his guidance, the restaurant achieved the highest guest satisfaction rating among all F&B outlets, with an outstanding ReviewPro score of 9.51/10.

Julien's extensive experience and innovative approach to fine dining service define his hospitality philosophy, marked by excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and a relentless pursuit of creating memorable dining experiences.
