Sasa Sestic won the World Barista Championship in 2015. He owns the roasting house ONA, which houses three cafes in Canberra and is the head of the ethical green bean trading company Project Origin.
In 2016, Jeraff Productions released the documentary The Coffee Man, following Sasa on his travels in search of the highest quality coffee beans, and his journey to the World Barista Championship in Seattle.
