Master Brewer & Global Head of Quality at Guinness
Stephen Kilcullen is a qualified Master Brewer and the Global Head of Quality for Guinness at Diageo in Dublin. Working from the Guinness Brewery in St James’ Gate, Stephen has been working with the beer giant for nearly 15 years, in roles ranging from production to operations and on-the-ground brewing.
Throughout his career with Guinness, Stephen has had the chance to travel to places like Cameroon, Uganda, Ethiopia and Kenya, and is the man behind the scenes who ensures that the product is perfect when it hits the market.
He is passionate about quality, and has spent his career ensuring that Guinness is brewed and served properly around the world.
Stephen is the go-to person for all the tips and tricks that a server, bar owner or beer aficionado could ever need when pouring, serving or talking about the centuries-old beverage.
