It's not a bean. It's not a brand. It's not a make. So, what is it? Espresso, pronounced ess-presso, is one of the two main types of coffee brewing methods.

Originating in Italy in the early 20th century, espresso coffee, compared to filter coffee, uses a smaller quantity of coffee beans, less water and is super quick to brew. Sounds too good to be true, right?
