Burnout is an incredibly serious issue, and it’s a lot more common than we realize. In fact, up to 60% of us have experienced burnout at one time or another. When it comes to your wellbeing, being proactive and preventative is always going to be a lot more effective than trying to chase a cure.

So in this lesson, Michael Sherman explains how you can identify symptoms of burnout in yourself and in others - and what you can do about it.

  • Define the state of burnout and how it can occur
  • Identify symptoms of burnout in themselves and signs of burnout in their co-workers
